A new vision for reusing the city's private historic heritage properties, rethinking the use of these spaces with new programs and services, is now open to the public for their enjoyment. The program involved the design and construction of two paddle tennis courts and a recreational bar area. The project represented a challenge due to the initiative to bring this sport to the heart of the city and its location, due to the mountainous topographical conditions.
